Kanye West was handed a victory in court on Monday (August 20) in a lawsuit over the rapper’s hit single “Stronger.”
Producer Vincent Peters sued Kanye West in June of 2010, claiming that the single, taken from West’s album Graduation, was actually his.
The lawsuit originally claimed that Vincent Peters played the song for John Monopoly at his Chicago home in November of 2006.

FUTURE FOR FAMU:
Atlanta rapper Future will head to Tallahassee, Florida to help celebrate Florida A&M University’s 125th anniversary.
Future will be on hand to kick off the school’s 2012 football season, along with FAMU alum, DJ Demp, during the university’s halftime show, aimed at giving fans and supporters of the school an exciting, new experience to replace the performances of their award-winning but suspended marching band.
