One of the speed cameras on Sulpher Spring Road have been vandalized with black spray paint, the culprit still on the loose. But this is not the first time a speed camera has been vandalized. Fox Baltimore reports that two cameras were hit this weekend, on in Catonsville and twice in Arbutus.
While many drivers despise the speed cameras, one Arbutus resident begs to differ. Read full story with video here.
