The men’s swim team at the 2012 Olympics got Silver and not Gold. There is a process that goes into picking the swimmers for this event and the coach didn’t follow that process. He could catch some heat from reporters and everybody else. Phelps and Lochte could have sat out of that race and let the guys with the fastest times swim.
