Ok so if you didn’t hear already, Busta Rhymes and Charlamagne Tha God were in a bit of a confrontation in L.A this pass weekend.Nothing was actually confirmed until now and what better way to get conformation then from the horse’s mouth its self! Ok so here is the scoop.
Charlamagne and his on-air co-hosts were in L.A. shooting a TV show called “The Hustle” and were celebrating at Nobu with Melanie Fiona. During the night Busta Rhymes came into the club and approached Charlamagne about previous interview Wendy Williams did with his baby mother in 2004. I know your probably thinking what does Charlamagne have to do with Wendy Williams and her interviews, well if you didn’t know once upon a time Charlamagne was an employee of Wendy’s but actually wasnt working for Wendy at the time.
Charlamagne insists that while words were exchanged, no physical moves were made by either man. No one was touched. Busta Rhymes corroborated that version of the story during an interview. Busta says ” we had a discussion” I’m not putting my hand on nobody out here,” “My kids need that bread. We had a conversation. I got assault charges in the past, I don’t like the civil suits…it costs too much.”
