According to the Baltimore Sun, the US Supreme COurt upheld the constitutionality of President Barack Obama’s healthcatre law, better known as “OBAMACARE”, ruling there will be government ruled tax penalties on people who do not have health insurance.
What does this mean exactly? I had to look this up and to my understanding it means that Americans MUST have some form of healthcare insurance by 2014! Thing about that is, will the cost of healthcare become less expensive for those who can’t afford it? Something to think about? Especially since we’re approaching an election year.
