Skin Care In The Summertime! (tips)

I found the BIGGEST ZIT on my face! How did it get there? I moisturize my face all the time but maybe that’s not enough! Some of us moisturize too much; especially in hot weather! Follow these tips for skin care in the Summertime:

 

1. Stay hydrated: drink a lot of water and liquids so you skin can stay soft and moisturized as well.

 

2. Protect yourself from the sun: Stay indoors if you dont’ have to go out. The sun rays are more “brutal” when you hit the streets between 11AM and 3PM. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before you step out.

 

3. Cleanse your face twice a day: Cleansing and moisturising your skin before sleeping is an absolute must!

 

4. Cool your skin: This may sound nasty but it does work! Blend half a cucumber and 1 tablespoon of yogurt in the mixer to make a homemade face pack. Apply to your face for 15 minutes for the complete pampered feeling!
