2. Exercise regularly. Exercise releases endorphins making you feel happier and healthier. You can also work off negative feelings and anger.
3. Make time for yourself. If you work all the time, you will lose the other parts of yourself. Take a break and do something fun. You will find you have more energy when you return to the job.
