Beyonce’ made her first ‘post-baby’ appearance last night at Jay-Z’s first Carnegie Hall concert. She looked stunning, all the way down to her McQueen clutch and IV tattoo. After the show, Jay grabbed a champagne and celery snack, threw his arms around his lady and joined Nas and some other guests in the VIP section.
