To be come PHYSICIALLY FIT:

1. Schedule an appoinment wtih your doctor FIRST to complet a thorough examination of your physical condition and assessment of your health.

2. Set goals for your desired fitness levels.

3. Consult with a nutritionist who can help you plan and implement a healthy menu of meals.

How To Become FINANCIALLY FIT:

1. Create a budget. A budget can help you pay your bills on time, cover emergencies and reach financial goals.

2. Start saving money. This is a difficult task but it can be done! You will be more likely to save money if you make it a priority.

3. Get a financial education. Increase your knowledge of current financial isures. Read the business section of the paper, take evening courses at your local high school or college.

How To Become EMOTIONALLY FIT:

1. Set a goal to become emotionally strong. Just making the decision is a step.

2. Change your thoughts! Say “I can handle this problem,” instead of “I know I can’t cope with this.”

3. Practice moving outside your comfort zone.

4. Take small steps, and don’t try to do it all at once.
