Grammy-winning Hip-Hop artist, Q-Tip celebrates his birthday today. The Tribe Called Quest member has “Amplified” his presence in the hip-hop industry through his talents in music production, songwriting, singing contributions to some of today’s favorite albums.
Q-Tip produced the first 3 albums for A Tribe Called Quest in addition to contributed to Nas’s 1994 Illmatic (“One Love”) Mobb Deep, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and a slew of other major artist. Q-Tip has also contributed to
the production to Kanye West’s “My Beautiful Twisted dark Nightmare” and his “Watch The Throne” collaboration album with Jay-z.
