Breezy has some new motivation and it’s his F.A.M.E. tour mate, according to In Touch. The magazine is  reporting that Brown started asking Kelly out to dinner about 4 cities into the F.A.M.E. tour and that she initially she passed on the offers…..But eventually gave in.
