Breezy is in town for his concert and was spotted by 92Q listener / D.A. Show fan, Angelo Haskins. Haskins spotted the singer shopping at Towson Town Center late Tuesday evening. As you can see from the pics Chris did not go unnoticed while shopping (and carrying a skateboard).
